£500 non-returnable but deductible from the final fee if the property purchased is introduced by Perhay.

Payment of the full balance of the fee is at the Exchange of Contracts.

Registration continues for 20 weeks.

The initial fee includes the first 500 miles of travel after which mileage is charged at 40p/mile.

RE-REGISTRATION:
£150 non-returnable but deductible as above.

FEE:
At Exchange of Contracts on a property introduced by Perhay: 0.75% - 1.25% of the purchase price minus the Registration fee.

TENANCY:
2 month's rental on signature of Tenancy.

If a meeting is far-afield, an extra cost may be incurred after agreement with the client.
