Perhay Country Property Search We act initially on a fee paid basis and include Registration and Briefing: £500 non-returnable but deductible from the final fee if a purchase is completed on a property introduced by Perhay. Registration continues for 20 weeks. The initial fee includes the first 500 miles of travel but mileage over 500 miles will incur a charge of 40p/mile. Subsequent Re-Registration: £150 non-returnable but deductible as above. On purchase of property from Perhay's portfolio: 0.75% - 1.25% of purchase price.
