These reports will highlight both the positives (e.g. suitability, views, local amenities, accessibility) and the concerns (e.g. road noise, pylons, radio masts, privacy, floodplains), together with other relevant local background information.

After reporting, Perhay will arrange appointments to view, together with names of reputable surveyors, solicitors and builders. The choice of whom to employ will always be made by the client.
