Charles has lived and worked in the West Country since 1961. Trained and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor, he also farmed in Dorset for over 20 years. He now devotes all his time to growing his property search company.

He has first-hand experience of many rural enterprises. When he was farming, he combined it with horse liveries and a thriving holiday cottage business.

Charles is well known by many of the local estate agents and farmers. His many interests, including golf, cricket, horse racing and riding give him an excellent range of contacts often to the advantage of Perhay's clients.
